General Policy

​At Sunny Egypt Holidays, we strive to provide the best travel experiences. By making a payment on our platform, you agree to the specific refund terms associated with your chosen travel package.

2. Non-Refundable Promotional Bookings

  • Promotional Rates: Many of our holiday packages are offered at a discounted “Promotional Rate.” These bookings are strictly non-refundable from the moment the initial deposit is paid.
  • Procurement Costs: Upon receipt of payment, funds are immediately used to secure flight seats, hotel room blocks, and local excursions. Because these third-party costs are non-recoverable for the agency, we cannot offer refunds on these packages.

3. Partial Payments and Defaults

  • Confirmation Requirements: A booking is considered “Provisional” until the total balance is paid. Confirmation vouchers are only issued upon 100% completion of payment.
  • Payment Deadlines: If a guest fails to settle the “Outstanding Balance” (including mandatory insurance and processing fees) by the specified deadline, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
  • Forfeiture of Deposit: In the event of a cancellation due to a payment default by the guest, all previously paid deposits are forfeited to cover administrative costs and non-refundable reservation holds.

4. Cancellation by the Guest

  • ​Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing.
  • ​For standard bookings (non-promotional), refund eligibility depends on the timeframe of the request.
  • ​No refunds are provided for “No-Shows” or for cancellations made after the final payment deadline has passed.

5. Force Majeure

​Sunny Egypt Holidays is not liable for refunds in cases of “Force Majeure” (e.g., natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or airline strikes) but will assist guests in rescheduling their travel dates where possible.
